Plugin rejected for the first time

Hello guys, it's my first time to be around here and my objective for joining TheoTown community is to contribute plugins and some of my works just like other plugin creators too. Then later on, I uploaded my first industrial 5x5 plugin titled "Tamiya Factory" and it is under pending for approval within 3 days.
Today, I got a response and they disapproved it, the remarks says that my building is too noisy and lacking of shadows. I'm not complaining of any kind but I took the criticism for improvements and I also need some help or suggestions to any experienced members and plugin creators here on how to make my building into a TheoTown standard.
