Road Unlocks

I like the unlock system, it's realistic, it makes sense and adds a little challenge.
But for all that is holy and sacred can you unlock all the roads at the start.

Having traffic problems?
Well damn, have to wait till 30k inhabitants,

Accidentally deleted some of the previous built highway?
Well damn, you are going to have to make it look weird with a country road

I have a city where I need a highway to solve traffic, but I'm only at 10k inhabitants, and even when I reach 30k I can't build it because I can't fit the 2 tile highway into my 1 tile road.

Unless you expect us to plan our roads from the start until 30k inhabitants, please make them free OR make the highway and expressway unlock at small city,
