Walkway plugin to cross roadway

Afternoon all! I am working on a walkway type park and want to have a segment that could be elevated and cross a road. Can anyone help let me know if there is such setting that will let the walkway surface "hover" across a road?
I saw a topic on a bridge where you need 3 segments (12 frames total) and am hoping to figure this out.
