Saving cities

Saving cities

Heres the thing, I accidentally deleted the theotown files and lost all my hardwork but my plugins are saved but cities will be saved locally. I don't have a SD card inside my phone or cloud storage and i didn't backup my cities. How can I get my cities back? :(
