I recently discovered an unusual screenshot. It showed something like the destroyed Kharkov, but not the essence. The most important thing is HOW THE HELL DID HE DO IT?! These ruined buildings. How to make them? I've seen this plugin with these buildings, it's downloaded from me. But the fact is that there are no destroyed buildings, there are only intact ones. Maybe someone knows what it is and how to do it?

Use the Eastern bloc plugins or search something for that. Then you can find a mud plugin (or just use nukes xD
