Maybe an amusement park add-on
It adds an amusement park tab with an area like the military and it creates like stalls that spawn automatic.
There is path (concrete or dirt) that you place down.
There are special buildings like Rollercoaster or ferris wheel. Maybe even a drop tower?
But it applys with the park trait and noise (because think logic wise)

I think it would be awesome!

As good as this idea is, they might as well remake Rollercoaster Tycoon

I've played rc1 and i loved it.
Multiple times but it can have some bugs, which can be fixed with *cough* modding *cough*
