If you are looking for old British buildings, there is the plugin "Pretty British houses" in the store by Österschmirtz

While this isn't a plugin, make sure to make it a truly British city:
Raise taxes.
Make sure there is lots of crime, you can't pet people walk to the shops without getting jumped by a gang of roadmen blasting their drill songs.
Make sure the schools lock all the toilets for no reason.
Turn the hospital performance to 1% for the true British hospital experience (make sure to add a graveyard as patients will most likely die in the freezing cold wince there is so little waiting space we make them wait outside or in a basement)
Make the road layouts confusing for no reason.
Make sure all the roads are gridlocked 24/7
