It will go in a random direction and can overwhelm the city for about a week after the end of winter. Disaster Gas leak. Occurs if the Gas Power Plant is overloaded . Causes a fire.

I like this though due to how TheoTown is programmed, this is very difficult to make, so wouldn't actually effect the terrain, but rather maybe just put snow in the path of the avalanche, since the game is NOT able to simulate landslides or anything, so it would be purely visual.

Tbf the flood disaster effects terrain by changing land to water but not hill terrain, like hills are literally flood barriers.
If the OP would like to make an avalanche, OP can do by simply lowering the terrain of the "avalanche" where it starts then just put blizzard disaster, works well enough I would assume!

I've already thought of everything. You can make moving snow, such as Helimium or Slime. This snow will go in any direction, destroying everything in its path and changing it to Permanent Snow, like a Blizzard.

Lets just hope it updates
