Hello everyone!!,
This is my very first topic created.. I also am a relatively new player to theotown . With only about 4 months experience now, Under my belt. I've also never spent any time on this fourm other than the occasional quick search here or there for tips and ideas i desided to learn enough to be able to get through an entire game successfully without out issues and have it thrive before I start create anything here for your guys sake.
I hate nothing more than starting somthing and get others involved only to become discourageed and give up halfway threw something.. now with thats said..
I will say I mostly enjoy the simplicity of creating what I would call a mini work of art.. in other word that was just a fancy-shmancy way to say i play i. Sandbox mode LoL...
The handle i use is brixcity but my Name is Ben. I'm from Newark NJ. I am a self-employed contractor and fabricator i carpentry, metalwork, mechanics,.. construction..& more.. I've always been the creative type .. do when I played theotown for the first time it was love a first sight lol now when I'm not working I'm Here ..
And having a blast took..

Anyway I figured I give some insight to all this, and introduce myself before I start this Build .. as I plan to keep you all updated.
I have some great ideas for future project-builds and hope for comments back tips questions ideas all are welcome a very much appreciated.. I am very easy going and i enjoy meeting new people and make new friends.... so feel free to say something constructive , helpful and positive.. negative up to a point is also welcome.. im a big boy now and sometimes negative opinions can sometime be the most influential and helpful then 100 fake nice coments..

With that all said.. heres is the first part of my Build.. it's a layout of ATANTIC CITY NEW JERSEY. I and workings on a 2.5sqmi. Of just flat only seed. I'm am work of a small street map just to have the land shape.. here are so.e photos.

what ive carved out so far.

the final piece of land added and now I'm just cleaning it up and will now livin the land up with color, plants, trees and hills.. the roads and board walk are not the actual road i use them as like a ruler to help me figure scale.. probably an easier way but that how I figured it..lol

It's crazy how much empty space there is down there . Much of A/C is beginning to get rebuild into some kind of gigantic housing development with tons of highrise condos and apartments builds much of what you think of when you think of a vacation spot w/casino& resorts along the sea is just a shell of what it was. But for me i guess it's a perfect way to make it as much of my own unique version of the original monopoly city as I want .. I don't want to keep as much as I can unordered to still be recognizable to A/C AS POSSIBLE.

Thank you . For the seed I used a plain flat no water pre-made seed. If there's a way to create a need seed sode so I can share with you then absolutely you will just have to show me how . No problem thanks again I actually tweeked it a little bit more since . But it's still close to the same..

Hi Guys, Just giving an update on my progress.. I've been planning out where all my services,suppy, etc.. I wanted to keep it as close as possible to the real thing. So I printed out a actual map lookup the real locations ..

this is the map i made.. I know there probably tools or apps the do this but this is the best way for me.. besides by the was this it's looking i will definitely want to rebuild this in the future at 10sqmi. To really t

where the borgata, golden nugget and harrahs . Im not sure what im droping here but i know one will definitely be the "city of dreams in manila" plugin. a shot of the main strip which comes from of the top round-about down to the end and a left to the end of there as well. this will be my Millionaires row.. this is Duck town area in Atlantic city..
