Postal service (Plug-in)

It would be cool to have postal services in Theotown, If not in the Base game it'll be a good plugin, or even telecom services like in City skylines 2
Now and Idea I had was the Road matineice props mod to change it up with mail vehicles and buildings.
I brought this up to a creator who I will not say his name But
It starts with K and ends with E, and has a U,L,C,H. Who said he doesn't take Suggestions (Kinda abruptly)
Not throwing shade at him. But we're the Fan base.
Ok back to the subject, can a content creator make this? Please and thank you.
