An error occurred with moving view

I made an error running my city
My operating system is Windows10 22H2
Intel GPU and CPU (i3-7100u)
The JAVA version is Java 8 and the game version is 1.12.10p
I was doing a view move when I noticed that the building at the bottom of the screen was covered by the building at the top and I tried to control it but failed and then I tried to take a screenshot and the game window was minimized and when I re-opened the window it was only showing part of the window and it was constantly flashing I hope the bug can be fixed as soon as possible and I would be happy to provide more information if needed
