[Fixed] Water Pump doesn't require power to work

If you place a Water Pump far away, outside of town, and run pipes to the town, the Water pump will have the electricity icon above it but it still gives the town water without a problem. Seems like it should require power to operate.

Speaking of power... Why does the Mayor Statue require power? I wanted to put it on a little island by itself in the bay near a town. Kind of like a little statue of liberty. But it requires power and has that little electricity symbol above it, making it look bad. :(

Maybe the statue has some lights around it,i don't know.

Thanks, I think you have some good points there :)

For the future: power plants won't need water and also won't indicate to do so; water pumps need power in order to pump water

Concerning the statue, here we go:
