My world has deleted

İ delete game and i reinstalled game few days ago and my world is also available online but i cant download my device How can I download it to my device?
Worlds, or cities and regions get deleted whenever you switch devices or reinstall the game.
It literally says in the account signup screen. "Local cities and regions are stored locally, only"
