zip file does not work

I need help, the zip file that I have created does not work, I have already done the steps to take it to the plugins and leave it there and enter the game, but my creation does not appear, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Yeah, there should be .png file, .json file and sometimes .manifest file. (there can be multiple .png and .json files)
