How do I delete plugings?

I dont know how to desete plugings.I onda see a button to make them active/unaprijed.

there's should be a bulldozer icon. click it, then the installed plugin will be deleted

For plugin store plugins, use the inactive button as mentioned.

For showcase plugins, delete from the plugins folder, or rename them with an underscore "_" at the beginning of the name.

If I disable a plugin by adding an underscore, then removing the underscore afterwards will re-enable the plugin, right?
