Add & delete pillar option

Here I have an idea: A remove & add piller option. The idea is to tap on a bridge part of a road, and then you can put or delete a pillar. It is more for a decorational purpose to create perfect bridges. I hope its not difficult to code!

You can do this with bridges over land by placing roads under them then deleting the roads under them (for deleting the pillars)
