This is a city building game not a war game. If you want war then play another game. Why do so many people (especially new players) want war stuff/mechanics in TheoTown? WHEN IT'S LITERALLY JUST A SIMPLE CITY BUILDING GAME LIKE SIMCITY.
TheoTown is the only city building game I've seen that people are constantly asking the Devs to add war...
As for the other stuff you're asking... Dude do you really want to make this game really complicated?
I want to remind you that there are only 2 Devs working on this game.

For the war bit, I think it's good enough that both the forum and discord allows roleplay. One can showcase their builds, cities, nations, etc. there and pretty much can wage war against eachother if they want. Of course, both party has to agree since it's a player-to-player system.

Well, try to be a peaceful civil engineer I guess.
Or if you do want to die young, there are other games out there that will encourage you to do so

The problem is that i am only android gamer and the best city building game of all phone gaming is theotown but it misses vital points.... If only add to it the game will be the best and gain big players base

The developers have to go through some rough hills to implement the
vital points. However, for these vital points to be implemented in the game, they need to be a popular request by the players.

Просто интересно, вот ты вечерком после работы отстроили себе район и с спокойной душой ложишься спать. Утром ты просыпаешься и видишь что половина города в руинах, вторая половина под "красным флагом" да и ты больше не курируешь город.
