Plugin Thumbnails aren't loading in for me

Help me the plugin thumbnails aren't loading in I have been waiting for 5 minutes now.

My internet speed is mbps 51.4 and my specs are windows 11 Intel core i5 8th gen and 8GB of ram intel UHD 620 graphics 64 bit 1.80 ghz

The plugin thumbnails worked perfectly on my chromebook but not my windows

Have you somehow knocked down the download of plugins? Maybe when the plugin has not loaded yet, you could turn off the device, thereby causing a crash. This happens on weak gadgets.
