How to make a map of Europe

Hi. I plan to create my own online region on the map of Europe. The only problem is that I do not know how to implement a map of Europe in the game. Any time I select a photo file from the device to create a map, it just doesn't work for me, I found a post from 2021 with a map of Europe, only the file is uploaded in the wrong way.
How else can I make a map?

1. You can create your own map, there is a tutorial video for this

2. Find a map on the internet. Light green provides low elevation, if you make a darker green the elevation increases. Black or dark blue is used for the sea.
