Help me create a plugin setting

I tried to create a plugin setting without having any knowledge of Lua scripting. Actually, I was able to create it, but when I try to toggle it, nothing happens to my plugin.

My expectation is that when I toggle it, my "sun overlay" plugin will be disabled and vice versa. Is there anyone who can help me?
