Can't download Plugins

Whenever I want to download a plugin, just 1 plugin, the download just gets stuck at any percent and then restarts to 0% again and again. I also tried restarting the game, checking my wifi, and checking my phone's storage, but it still didn't fix the problem. Oh yeah, and it's also in the Steam version of the game.

I don't know any ways to solve this, but based on some cases I encountered, maybe it's still a network issue

Try using a VPN to see if it solve the problem. This could help identify an issue with your ISP.

Btw you could say what country are you from? Since there are some users in Asia who have had that problem too.
