Im pretty new to the game, and I built some residential areas, but there aren't coming any buildings. I also have this problem with my port.

How can I fix this?

You mean zoning? Maybe you accidentally paused the game. If you did, you will see yellow square around screen. That is most likely. If you did not, check the demand. Your people might not want residential
