The small pump had no barriers available at any position.

This did not happen with the T fisherman hut thing, but they are visible at land tool once you destroyed the hut.

Changed the title, realized this happens to all buildings that needs to be placed shoreside.
Like:
Small Pump
Fishing hut

Yup, happens to ALL buildings (even Villa, lol) that recently got #REKT

In this case i demolished the nearby Residential houses near the water.
