He is a big mouth, but that’s still better than you lol. Your city with 20 million population or percisely 20.3 million does not come close to the quality Dual delivered. Try building something on that level. Then you can boast about yourself. No one's gonna stop you.
Oh, and to add more, Dual's build is a representation of real life. You can't just boast about yourself in front of such high-quality work. Population doesn't really matter here. A build is being showcased here, not numbers

1. Sorry for that, got a bug on our forum. We have sprayed some pesticides so no bugs for now.
2. Your builds are better than most players, in fact I think, you must be in the top 1 percent of best builders.
3. That is a downside of being good.
