1.That car lot can be into a plugin (unless, you're talking about having cars move around in it, then it would be nearly impossible.
2. Just use the UFO as a template

I like the idea!
It could add to the immersion. But if they make it in the decorations tab that you can place decorative items like zones. It would be cool in my opinion
