Those look like a texture bug, i ecountered that when the game is laggy

What bridge were you building?

Looks like a problem with draw buffering which we use when you have zoomed out at max to improve performance significantly. Unfortunately this technique is not reliable when you move the map, as you can see in the image. But most of the time you shouldn't see such artefacts.
