Building packages and additional contents not showing up?

Can someone help me because whenever i go to additional features in the menu tab, it only shows the 'building package 1' theres no other building packages or airports or military building packs. Please help

my game version is 1.2.90

The new IAPs might not be available to the non-beta testers yet.

Actually, you should have military package as option even if you're not a beta tester

Sorry sir but i still don't have it. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still wont work.
Btw how do you join beta testing?
