You obviously do not know how many updates we get

In beta we normally get 1-2 updates a week, rarely things can break but never for me
In my opinion go for it

Yes but hes worried about it breaking his TT, so these hot fixes make sure issues like that get patched

Hell, 298 scared the ***t out of me. All of my cities stopped working.
