Building Anarchy

This is a fun idea: An option in experimental feutures for Building anarchy. You can place roads through buildings in buildings in buildings, that can be useful for detailing cities. And I dont think its diffucult to code.

Well than you just dont turn the option on. Its not a real neccasary option but just, if Lobby has time

Buildings in buildings:
Not possible as per tile at max one building can be saved.
Roads in buildings:
Not possible as render engine skips all tiles that are overlapped by a building.
All in all it would be a hack to hack this hack into the game.
