Can't have rich industry buildings

I can't seem to have any rich industry buildings in my land,I have tons of rich residential buildings and commercial buildings but not any industrial ones.[img]

If there is no demand for rich industry, then there will be no workers.

Your TTT Industrial demands ids low, or maybe there are no parks sports and another services in industry.
