In case you mean captchas in general, we already use them for registration. I think these spammers aren't bots but real human.

Yes, the spammers are real people. On the Stardriftempires forum, one spammed 24 hours straight one weekend. Support doesn't respond on weekends. About 30 pages of offtopic posts. Moderator there is part time, has jobs.
