You are a mayor who decided to build a town in a nuclear world. Gain survivors and build a town.
GOAL
Have the most people in this map. To be finished complete the destroyed Highway System.
RULES:
You are not allowed to build beyond the first (Near the sea) border.
You are not allowed to expand any border unless you gain 100 people. Only building your road that connect RC-I is an exception.
Border expansion should always be small and gets slightly bigger during the next.
You can expand borders everytime you gain 100 more people.
You can only gain people by doing the same way you build when building a normal town. Your can only build 4 vaults in the default area (increases by 2 every expanded border)
You can connect to the Solar plant instantly by wires, however your not allowed to connect power/water at the turbine and pump unless you gain 1,000 people.
You can expand the solar and wind turbine, However building more small and big pumps is not allowed. Continue with Water Towers.
No loans allowed. There are no more banks in the world.
Only Country Road and Dirt Road allowed.
You can bulldoze some scraps near the border if the pollution is eating you.
NOTE:
Default map starts at 0% taxes. Monthly price will eat you.

Yay new gamemodes

This is how mine is looking now. Had 700 people which mean i can expand 7 times. However this is only the third becasue im saving for more important things.
The indutrial did not have expansion. Yet.

how big is each expansion?

And what difficulty should i start on?

You can expand as big as you want just make sure its not too big
Hard. Don't worry, you will be burdened because you had no loans Yes I'm not kidding, you will. But raise taxes to max and wait for the rank reward to give you compensation.
