Stuck in new version

Hello, I'm french and I love this game so much but since the new version all my cities are stuck, I can't increase the population but i am always 100% rated. I tried to add an hospital but people get away and now i am losing 400 $ per month ! I need some help please

Jajjjj me too i have same prob... And can change any think park, school, police and firestation and too incremt the $in peopol alot in industrie and comerc,,, too add more place house and in 2days again i win money and all city bis happy.
