This bug has actually been around for a while but I just haven't mentioned it. When you place down something you normally get half that money back. Ever since the raising prices system was added you only get half of the original price back, not the current price.

It doesn't make much sense if I'm paying 30000T and only getting back 1000T. (Just an example)
