so annoyed. Still can't get commercial skyscrapers yet. Tried everything it seems. Anybody really know about this issue? Btw 238 diamonds. Building package 2 is so close

They like parķs and sports nearby.

The most easy way is become beta tester and turn on debug mode in settings.

Tried the debug mode but that's taking the easy way out. All i could do is wait for them to spawn.

Build some buildings that could hold a lot of workers. So more people would come.

Remember that you need dense zoning for the skyscrapers.
