The helicopter is very useless (both rescued helicopter and swat helicopter) when they come all units cancel the mission
Swat: the helicopter come and the swat car cancel mission so the riot go every where in my city
Rescued helicopter: a lot of building in my city is on fire and I send both helicopter and firetrucks but when the helicopter came all units stop doing there duty and those building been destroy
Please do some thing like
let the rescue helicopter spray water in to the building on fire
Swat helicopter come and block the road
Separate to 2 unit. air support unit and ground unit

The helicopter is just for decoration.

And they are for decoration, not ment to serve a function

Actually, if the helicopters reach the scene before the other vehicles, they put out the problem. But, if their flight time is longer than the building burn time for example, then it will be burnt.

The SWAT helicopters respond. And put out riots. They are not just decoration.

Firefighters and swat helicopters should be used and not just for decoration

They work, i build a stretch of road without any connections, started a riot. And the SWAT heli stopped it. Lol

I once experimented this. I tried to put rioters in an isolated island with no way SWAT cars can get there at all. Then the SWAT heli saved the day!
Same with Fire helicopters. Try it in burning buoys.
