My wi-fi is also slow because it is stolen by the neighbors (sometimes I think of buying a shotgun and giving them each one's head) because I can not play without it being disconnected is like being in hell.

and he should change the encryption too because if he is using a WEP encryption it is much easier to crack than WPA or WPA2 encryption.
