Possible, yet. But also a lot of effort. If there would be more use to it it could worth implementing it.

Tourism (e.g. landmarks)
10%
More plugin features
1%
I omitted unrealistic requests like 3D.

...I could also create a version of that alley with invisible when used traffic lights. But in my experience, the lights don't synch very well (if at all). And it would be a nightmare finding which one to remove if you decided to do that.
