Circus Tent V2.02 Update

Thanks to Lobby for rank code and thanks to Krythec for json file !!! without it i cant make any animations for this plugin.
Download :
So this is basically an award building with 5x5 size
So what's new :
- some animations, click sound and noise influence added
- "max count" deleted (its mean you can build as much as you can)
- Rank requirement changed from" City" to "Town" (Thanks to Barky for suggestion
) . Screenshot :
