My first 100k city FINALLY

My first post *yeay*
Ehem, let's just get straight to the point.

After hours and hours spending time to create a "perfect" city and i got stuck with traffic problem and had to restart my city a dozen times , searching for a perfect solution like interchanges , zoning , etc etc .
Finally i can create a city without big struggle with traffic , it has no "theme" like here is my fisherman village or it's my farm village or something like that.
It's somewhat packed with skyscraper everywhere like why not lol , but at least it's my hard work and dedication for my citizen to create a perfect place for living , here some of a sneek peek of my city ..

Comercial and industrial , they are my main problem ..
If i pack it too much ind and or com buildings in one spot it will be traffic hell , if i make too much ind and or com zones in different places there will be too much exit on the main highway which is not good , if i only depends on espressway it won't be enough and got traffic jam .
I still have to find solution to fill the demands but keep maintaining the traffic , any suggest?

My other two cities , i'm planning to add one ore two small cities but i don't know where i should build them ..
I don't even know where should i build more ind and com zones , i don't wanna have too packed in one spot but yet again i have limited space

You need to make them more compact
