Is it possible to add letter rotating with decoration in 4 directions

Possible? Certainly.
But not only would it be a lot of work, it would also entail a separate entry to the menu for every single letter. I don't think that we would want that.

Two rotations would mean that a word you wrote with these letters would look wrong in two of the views. Think about it:
EXAMPLE would become ELPMAXE

But maybe a separate category "letters" could be added besides parks, decorations etc. so that it not litters another menu with loads of new entries.

I work rather have two different letter rotations (even if it doesn't rotate at all) than only one rotation. Plus adding all four rotations would multiply the amount of textures used for this IAP by four and I don't know if that's really practical.

It already reads backward when rotated 180°. Rotating the letters in place would not change that.

I just want the letters to face South and West. I don't care if they look weird in map rotation.

That's not entirely true. It would make a difference, because in reality the whole word would be mirrored and not just the order of letter reversed:

But I have to correct myself, too. @KINGTUT10101 is right, two views would be enough, as long as they are one front view and one back view (with mirrored letters).

No, the point is having a correct view of a word instead of a nonsensical gibberish as soon as you rotate the map.
But yes two views (front and back) would suffice.
