Traffic Spikes?

I'm encountering an issue where random, 1x1 sections of road get dark red traffic rating, while the rest of the road is fine and green. Not sure what's casing it but I figured I'd find out if I posted something.

Bulldoze that road section and rebuild it. That should disappear for some time.
