I would like to know if service pack is coming or is it fully abandoned.

I guess it will be released gradually over time. The fire station and the forester station are already part of the game.

Huh? You mean the Huge Fountain being moved to Tourism?
Its because the fountain in Build. Pack 2 did not fit. Also, it greatly fit at Tourism.
