. Its That I Have No Control Over What Building Will Spawn In Example In Residental Zone
.Id Like That I Had Control Over What Building Will Spawn In Sandbox Mode ... I Want Thing That I Can Place Building That I Think To Fit To Look There So I Have Absolute Control Over While Building My Home Town In Sandbox Mode. So I Can Make Look More Belive Able And Better Looking
