Are the railways working?[closed]
Hello, I heard from a YouTuber that railways do not affect traffic and do not benefit, is that so?

From my experience I can say that there are no noticeable changes (It may have a slight effect). The only good thing about railways is that they can improve happiness. Well, you can also use the Railways as a visual element.
