Rules Are Simple Do Anyhting Possible To Create Your Replica You Can Use Sandbix Mode Toi What I Would Highy Suggest But Whit 1 Expection . You Cant Claim Someones Already Done Work As Yours ... Theres No Time Limit So Take Your Time Whit It And Try Making It Looks As Realistic As Possible . Of Couse Getting The Shape Right Has Provel Quite Hard As Long As Your Roads Still Are The Same Way

I Suggest Using Google Maps And Ingame Setting Called Debug What Allows You To Build Building What You Want

sadly I cant do that Risør (just search for it) are wery elewated we have the coast and it is going up. and it is just white tree buildings.

there is a reason for that Risør is called The white city in skagerak thats the ocean.
