My Squad suggests to factory reset your phone.

Factory reset would wipe his date and maps.

Better to uninstall Theotown and reinstall if you can't play it for some reason.

For reasons.

It's device dependent, on some it might be still playable. When I use this resolution I hit what I want to most of the time.
