For the longest time, I HAVE WANTED DISTRICTS! It would be soo cool if you could draw out an area and set rules and themes for areas.
You would be able to Set High Rise Bans and only allow traffic for for people who lived or worked in the area. You could set it to only place and upgrade to small houses so they would still look like suburbs. you could also set individual taxes for these districts!
IT WOULD REALLY MAKE MICRO MANAGING A PART OF THEOTOWN

I mean is that he must have a million dollars/euros for him to do the hard codes suggested by peeps here.
