Simple Ferry?

I was just thinking about this, would it be difficult to add an A to B ferry? Like you place 2 ports that are linked and the ferry could traverse between them with a massive transport happiness boost, would be cool.

For example in simcity 4 ( Ferry and also terminal).

Maybe we could zone an area for the ferry to travel in and add harbors for it to go to.
