For some reasons i have to hard reset my phone. Now all my additional feature which i bought are lost. What i should do ?

I have already relogged and it set my diamond to 0 then nothing happen

Maybe it might be an internet issue quit and rejoin the game.
But first you need to re log in and out then quit and re open the game
